Sunflower Sundowners was advertising the benefits of cover crops. A maze created through a field of sunflower and sunhemp mix designed to fix the soil.
Guests found there way through the maze and had time to see the rich biodiversity, good soil and benefits that the cover crop brings.
After wandering through the maze they found their seat and quenched their thirsts. Watching the sun go down.
